Background

There’s a long list of reasons why I decided to start a webcomic, but on the top are Biblical enrichment (for both me and those who may read it), humor (of course), breaking my reluctancy starting a piece of art, and interesting site content that actually changes a little more often! I planned this thing for a while, so I guess you could call it a New Year’s resolution since I started it on the first of 2008. It started pretty well, and I kept up my buffer. There were occasional polls I would post to determine certain aspects of the comic. However, at some point I decided to postpone it and continue sharpening my skills on school and personal short-term projects. For archive purposes I have left it intact as you find it here.

I knew the time would eventually come when my webcomic would be reviewed, and it has, and probably will be from time to time if people still read it despite being incomplete. Therefore I saw a need to properly defend myself from possible misrepresentation and give an answer to all reviewers out there. Mark Savary’s review of Set Apart was published on July 11, 2008 and I discovered it on Sept. 10, 2008.
